Rapid prototype services

Rapid prototype services is a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) data.

5 axis machining

Shangchen has 12sets DMU65 and DMU50 multiple-Axis machines, this type machine is a high-tech and high-precision process tool, specially they are used to process complex surfaces.

CNC machining

At Shangchen we have over 200 industry leading Fanuc 3 axis and 4 axis cnc machines. These top quality machines work by processing 3D CAD data.

CNC lathe turning

Shangchen has 9 sets auto-lathe machine and turn-mill combination cnc for producing the precision turned parts.

sheet metal fabrication

Vacuum Casting

The 100% Full Initial Sample Run (ISR) includes the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), which encompasses the dimensional layout, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan, flowcharting, and operator instructions. Additionally, it requires material certifications for all raw materials utilized in production.
